Amazing dumbell, i struggle on most other brands but found this comfortable with it sitting on my shoulder lovely, iv managed 85k for reps with and although i dont recommend it, i was dropping the dumbell on to the floor with no padding, and still withstood the bashing it took. Highly recommended this little beauty!
